Our Family picture made 3-1-02
We haven't had a family picture made since Lane has been born, I finally talked Jamie into it on our 5th anniversary! LOL Lane wasn't in a good mood that day but the pictures turned out better than I expected.

A little bit about Jamie and I . . .
Jamie and I met 8 years ago ( this June) at work. . that was the summer before my senior year. . we were engaged by the time I graduated, and we were married a year later in March. Jamie is 27, and a wonderful husband and father. I will be 25 in Feb. and I run a daycare out of my home. . I enjoy being able to stay home with our son and teaching the other kids everyday. . .

A little bit about our lives. . .
We have had 2 children. . We had a little girl in December 98( please see Hannah's page) her birth and death changed our lives forever. .. 8 weeks after her death I was pregnant with our living son Lane. . He was born in December 99. Lane is the light of our lives, our little miracle from God...When i went back to work after Lane was born ( a whole 2 weeks. lol) I couldn't stand to be away from him. . . I remember telling Jamie that we only had a few moments with Hannah that we have to make last a lifetime, but we have a lifetime with Lane so why should we only take a few moments to spend with him each day. . so I quit work and started my own daycare, and I'll never regret it.

About Lane. . .
Lane was 3 in December. He is was so good at the age of 2, we thought he had bypassed that terrible two's age, but he is just now 3 and OH such a stinker at times. . I am teaching the daycare kids to write their abc's. Lane can write his name with my help, he knows his colors, and can write his abc's up to the letter R. He carried on great conversations and has a wild and vivid imagination. . .He is growing so big and is in love with John Deere Tractors and Dora The Explorer.
